Wasn’t happy with service. Did t put my rear wiper back on reckon it was broken. Said I needed it fixed. Took it to someone and they put it back on nothing wrong with. So just too lazy to put it back on. Won’t be going back

I found the administration and customer service quite a poor experience when booking in. To the extent I actually got my husband to call and sort as the bloke I spoke to was very abrupt, borderline rude. I felt like I was a major inconvenience for booking in.I was really impressed and grateful to the actual bloke who came to do the replacement work. He was so kind and friendly.Based on the customer service initially received I wouldn't return as a customer but based on the friendliness of the actual service received on the day by the repairer I would book again knowing beyond scheduling the customer service is there.
