Jamaica Vibes Food Hut
This place is a real gem in the middle of Castle Towers. I have eaten Carribbean food all over the world and this is as authentic as it gets. The rice and peas was fluffy with the the right amount of spice. The jam down jerk pork and jerk chicken were excellent, especially with the plump plantain we ordered with both dishes.You would pay a fortune for this in Newtown and Castle Hill is very fortunate to have such great Jamaican food on its doorstep.Well done Jamaican Vibes, we will be back for that jollof rice!

Finally we have some much needed diverse cuisine in the Hills District. Tried their signature dish Jerk Chicken with Coconut Rice and a side of Green Plantain, served with a Sorrel Drink. Absolutely delicious. The chicken was juicy and spicy - full of aromatic Caribbean flavours. The plantain was fried and crispy. The sorrel drink was refreshing; I believe its Hibiscus tea. So happy that we finally have a West Indian restaurant out here in Western Sydney! Can't wait to try out more authentic Jamaican dishes.

This is a family owned business and their service was so amazing. The staff are pleasant and take their time to explain about the various dishes. We ordered for coconut rice,cassava fries and ripe plantains. I would recommend this place over and over again. When in Castle Hill, try this place out!So yummy!

This is the real Jamaican deal. The food is fantastic. Everything tastes authentic and fresh. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly. Shoutout to Victoria who served us and helped navigate the menu.Keen to come back and eat our way through the rest. Well done guys!

First time tried Jamaican food,I love it.Jerk Pork with coconut rice was so delicious.5 star for that Chef & her food.

Amazing food! Loved the jerk chicken and coconut rice. Chicken was falling off the bone. Excellent customer service too. I didn’t know what to choose so I asked the staff member at the cash register and she suggested this dish.

Jamaica Vibes Food Hut
I've been meaning to try this for weeks and I am so glad I finally did! Really tasty and different! The Irie salad with jerk chicken was full of flavour and the cod fritters had a good kick. I need to go back for the goat curry.
