Looks to have a lot of stock but upon entering it wasn't to be. Stacks of 2 pots was common and that was all that was available in that style.a few pallets had only 1 pot on them. Service was slow, parking plentiful.

Excellent personalised service. If you want something that is not there, or wish to makes some changes Harry is more than happy to accommodate. Personally I found his prices very reasonable, and he went to a special effort to deliver and set up for $50 - amazing - well worth a visit as there are plenty of choices

Don’t waste your time with this lousy business!! Everything they sell is either chipped or broken, the prices are very high for the poor quality merchandise and if you do happened to find something they ALWAYS change the price and make it more expensive with the excuse it was incorrectly priced…..if I had more time I’d report them to consumer affairs. This was once a great place to buy garden ornaments, it’s now a total joke!

A huge display of garden pots, urns, plinths, and ornaments, too. I ordered two urns and plinths online, which were manufactured to my chosen colour. The result is that they're a good match to each other. I love them and look forward to having them properly settled into my garden and planted up with pretties. I definitely recommend Wantirna Garden Ornaments for your pots and ornament purchases. It's likely the ones you see in many garden nurseries were initially sourced from Wantirna.

WARNING! Really disappointed - poor quality products even worse customer service. Paid $900 for two urns. Arrived chipped, unstable, unsafe. Told to glue / silicone them together. Not sure how that fixes the chips or adequately resolves the issue. They didnt bother responding to my request for further consideration about resolution, forcing me to escalate to my credit card company to resolve as goods not of merchantable quality.

Recently picked up a bird bath and strictly followed transport instructions to avoid breakage if the stand rolled around ( I thought the possibility of chipping was a reality, but actually breaking? I must say that I have extensive experience in concrete structures, products and testing). Got it home safely, levelled the ground and picked up the stand to set it in position and was horrified to see the base of the stand had broken off and was sitting on the ground . Inspection revealed a very crumbly texture at the fracture site .Returned it to W.G.O. where the owner was most abusive and refused to accept that there was any possibility of a manufacturing defect. We were told “ it must have been our fault as the base hadn’t broken off when we picked it up at the yard”! Besides he’d made many of these and had only ever had a few problems! It wasn’t feasible to him that there was a possibility this particular item may have been another of his ‘problems’.The very unpleasant situation wasn’t helped by the woman who first served us when she relayed a concocted false statement (to the owner) of our predicament when we first returned the goods.When asked if we could have a refund as we couldn’t be sure of the quality of a replacement, our request was rudely denied. (I’m currently looking into whether this is a breach of Australian Consumer Law).I could not recommend this company or the quality of its products to anyone-they may be cheaper than some other places, but there’s probably a reason for that.
