This is a well stocked Art and Craft shop . I was looked after well by Margaret who was a wealth of knowledge and could easily recommend what products best suited what I needed .

Great store like a lolly shop

I am disgusted with the level of customer service at Premier Art Supplies. It was until my third visit today that I felt the need to write this review. No Hello, assistance while browsing or acknowledgment every time I go to get some art supplies. The older lady who has been working there on my every visit seems more interested with the person she is on the phone to or on her computer. You don't get this level of pathetic service at eckersleys art supplies. This lady needs some social skills and smile, or else retire already.

Great service, amazing knowledge of products. Wonderful place to shop and have great advice. Huge range of quality products and a pleasure to shop. Always consistent and easy to get exactly what I need.

Very helpful and friendly staff - went out of their way to help me - it was much appreciated. Was able to get everything I needed. Thank you!

I would give less than one star if I could.I needed some art supplies by COB 8/4/19 but was running late from work. I chose to go to Premier Art Supplies instead of other art supply shops from around Adelaide and arrived 10-15 minutes before closing time. The doors were closed when I got there so I moved them back and forth thinking I was just struggling to open them but they were locked. I prioritised going to this shop but could have made it to others before closing time if I’d driven in the other direction. Irritating because now I had missed all the shops.I walked back to my car to make a phone call and when I got in saw a woman in my rear vision mirror standing inside the shop looking out. This was really disappointing- obviously must not be the owner because she had no regard for her customers and was basically hiding in there like a child.While sitting in my car another customer tried to enter the shop but it was locked so he eventually left. A few minutes later (at 5:25, still 5 minutes before closing time) the woman exited the shop and casually strolled last me.I was about to buy hundreds of dollars of supplies but will now never return to this shop. I have never written a google review but this really disappointed me.If I was the owner of the shop I would fire this worker. Not good.

Office staff graciously took my phone number when counter staff were swamped. The right person" returned my call within the hour and gave me choices of materials to suit my purposes - along with a quick sum-up of instructions on getting the best out of the material. Package arrived quickly; contents carefully wrapped. Thank you

Really lovely and helpful staff - there was not the full range in what I was originally wanting however the lady helped me find something that worked, and took the time to go through different paints and finishing options with me.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not welcoming at all. No happy smiles or did the staff make me feel welcomed. In fact the staff, young and old made me feel I was an inconvenience to them counting stock. I travel a long way to shop at this store. If it wasn’t for the variety I’d be shopping else where simply because of the unhappy environment. Even the way sales are done are a bit barbaric. I bought 10 items. The elderly sales lady had to use an old fashion calculator to add up what I bought. Even then she got it wrong 3 times. Didn’t leave me confident she charged me correctly. No itemised receipt either I might add.Education towards greeting customers and making them feel valued would be a wise investment in my opinion.

Great art supplies store with very helpful staff that go above and beyond to make the customer experience a positive and enjoyable one!My first purchase made via Premier Art Supplies online store was canvases and watercolour.Ordering was easy and delivery was in a timely manner.There was a short delay with a couple of the watercolour products due to no available stock of 2 colours that I ordered online & they notified me that they were waiting for supplies to arrive in store on this particular occasion. Once these products arrived they were also delivered to my door quickly.They have a great selection of products with all of the well known brands & their products are priced competitively.Very happy & definitely recommend.Will be a returning customer in the future.Thanks for everything Premier Art Supplies!
