Very interesting. Enjoyed learning about early history of the region. Caretaker was incredibly friendly and informative. Enjoyed the short documentary onsite about the 1956 Murray floods. My favourite section was the megafauna exhibit.

A nice all indoor museum with lots of historical bits and pieces jambed in. The video of the floods was good and lots of household stuff. The old tractors were good to see and the collection of old fridges and food cooling device'sInfact there was lots of various items in there. It looks small outside but has a lot inside. Adults $5 and kids free. Just consider it as a donation to keeping our history. All the good Jim.

My second visit in 5 years. Very interesting due to the current flooding and their information around the big 1956 flood. The telephone technology communications is very interesting especially to show children under 20 years old as to what we used to have to do to make a phone call!Well displayed and friendly volunteers running it.Cheap entry, makes it doable for a family.

Interesting, not well organised and it smells weird in there. They'd be better off with more community funding so it can reach it's full potential, along with volunteers who are passionate not complacent. But it was still quite interesting!
