Called and booked a job for the following day. No-one showed up. After numerous phone calls which were unanswered or rejected, I called another company who arrived within 2hrs of being given the job. Definitely would not recommend Ballarat Refrigeration.

I was appauled by the customer service. Not leaving my house until I paid him cash which I asked to invoice me as I had no cash. Did not budge and was happy to wait an hour until my husband got home. Absolutely disgusting.
