We have been a client of P & L Accountants for a number of years and have always had a positive experience with each team member. This financial year was particularly hard and I had questions that required answers to complete individual tax returns. The compassion, empathy and understanding from the P & L team was outstanding and would recommend them to anyone. Questions and emails always answered promptly and with directions on how to follow up or complete tasks. Tax time can be very daunting , but I applaud this team for their excellence.

Paula is absolutely amazing, from the initial contact with Stephanie to the first meeting with Paula, we learnt more in one hour and a half than we did with our previous accountant of 10 months. Paula and the team are great to work with. We have set up a small business and Paula has been fantastic in helping us get this going. We have opted to do our own books, payroll and BAS and we engage Paula for online consultations when required. This allows us to understand the business side of things without making big mistakes as Paula keeps us on the right track. Couldn't recommend enough.
