Let's Get This Party Started

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ANY COST.Went to this shop for birthday party stuff. Have good collection of items. When we went to counter to pay got shocked with the prices 3X times the other shop. Unfortunately party got cancelled so came back next day to return some item not all of them and we were shown a paper behind counter saying “no refund only exchange”.How can you see that sign when there is staff standing? That’s also fine. But they said you can only exchange for party item and nothing else. It’s a massive news agency. We were denied to exchange for a toy or a magazine even. The old person is rude but his owner is worst shop owner I have ever seen. Very aggressive and rude.I would suggest you to find any other shop and save your hard earned money & time.

I ordered balloons for my daughters first bday which was yesterday.I got to the venue, there were no balloons as promised, I had to call this company a few times to be told a few excuses followed by the delivery would only be a further 5 mins (said each time I called) when I had Initially called, a lady answered and she sounded shocked like they hadn’t even fulfilled the order yet. We were only 5 mins drive from where this shop is located in Habberfield.She. The balloons finally arrived and I was pretty taken back by what I received for how much I paid. My guests also commented and said the same thing.Today, the balloons have completely sunk to the ground, even though I was told when initially ordering that they will atleast last a few days at minimum and have lasted 2 weeks before. Today I called the company and explained it all, the guy who I spoke to, who said he was the manager did not offer any kind of solution for what I told him, he sounded rude and displayed no empathy whatsoever. I did not want to leave a bad review, I wanted to discuss it on a call, but that did not seem to make a difference and there was 0 lack of care or customer service. Never again will I order from this over priced unorganised and unapologetic store.

Repeat customer of this great store. Great service and great selection of balloons. We had the balloons delivered to our venue and were all set up for us. Thanks guys, def will be back and def recommend.

Highly recommend the balloon service. They were able to accommodate for my last minute Sunday morning balloon order. The birthday girl was really impressed with the colour and quality.

I come here every year for birthday balloons ! Always such an amazing range and great service from the staff. Highly highly recommend!

Friendly, reliable service and so helpful! Helped my dad transport the balloons we bought to his car parked several streets away. This is our second year getting balloons here and we plan for many more.

Appalling customer service. Sale prices are ridiculously high compared to other party wholesalers. A defective product was provided. I contacted the store in an effort to resolve the issue and instead, the man I spoke with was very rude and did not want to reach any resolution whatsoever. If I could give less stars, I would.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!!!I came here for Cocomelon decorations for my son’s 2nd birthday and got a little to much decorations so I tried to return a few and the owner said no refunds only exchange. If I knew it was no refund policy from the start I would have not got more then what I thought I neeeded. He was a very rude and when I was talking he turned around and walked away didn’t want to hear what I had to say. Very expensive and overrated. Will be going to the news about the store. Nothing is priced on the shelves and they make prices up when you buy the iteams a few balloons, wall banners and napkins, plates , cups cost me $200. Save your time and go somewhere else.I’m pretty sure the owner was Lebanese also.

I would suggest you do not waste your money. I paid $60 for ballons picked them up at 1.30 pm by 7am the next morning they were on the floor. I emailed the shop with a pic their response was to blame me for it.Judge for yourself Response attached: Latex balloons only last 8 to 12 hours
