BARS Real Estate - Yarrabilba / Scenic Rim

I have dealt with Real Estate agents and Real Estate agents.I’ve had my property looked after by Belinda for over a year now and wow.I am situated in Sydney but it feels like my property is next door even though it’s in Yarrabilba.Everything from insurance and making sure that my tenants pay on time plus much more.Stressfree and knowing that everything that bars Real Estate do is for you.I highly recommend Belinda for you all your Real Estate needs and I will vouch for that.

Very unprofessional. We were tenants of a property that BARS took over. All was smooth till we moved out. No exit condition report. 3 weeks of ignoring my emails to retain this. No communication about issues with the property other than a quick look around at key hand over time. I tried to get in contact with bars to see if there were issues to resolve. There was no response, they ignored our RTA bond refund requests, the process dragged out as long as possible. Do not recommend if you like smooth, open communication and professionalism.

DO NOT RENT WITH THEMLynsey Gayton has to be the one of the most unprofessional agents I’ve seen. Not educated in the housing laws, has no respect for your belongings during inspections and allows her judgement of you to be seen all over Facebook. She’s named and shamed herself and embarrassed the company further ONLINE.A supposed tennent of theirs was seeking advice from a fb group. Person did not name the real estate or the agent. Person described the circumstances and remained anon then Gayton found post and engaged. Gayton revealed that she was the agent and starts demonstrating petty behaviour rather than professional. All of Gaytons comments where screenshotted and said will use this to intimidate the tenant and claim defamation but deleted the comment…Under no circumstances is it suitable for an agent to encourage their tenant to and I quote “you are always welcome to break your lease…find somewhere else where you might be happier”Over a safety and respect issue. A tenant wouldn’t feel a need to seek advice unless given a reason. This demonstrates a high level of carelessness for overall safety of their tenants and also highlights how they as a business choose to handle their disputes extremely poorly.I as a consumer would feel very unsafe with an agent like this, especially one that may use illegal tactics to cover up their mistakes.I strongly advice against this place.

If i could, i would give a negative star rating as the owner belinda is unprofessional, rude, and condescending, and does not follow the regulations set out by the rta. I do not recommend this real estate at all and would rather go homeless instead of dealing with this real estate again.

Honestly the bestRealestate! Thank you so much Lynsey Gayton in particular, you have helped me & my children this weekend from being homeless I really appreciate it so much!! The woman literally gave me baby clothes & everything for the kids because I had nothing. Once again thank you so much guys.

Belinda sold my house in 2 days, lovely lady , and great commission, I would definitely recommend Bars Real Estate. Not greedy like most real estate agents around that won't negotiate on commissions.

Never had a problem renting with Bars..we always paid on time and found all problems were addressed quickly. They even helped me to move heavy furniture, due to health issues.

Worst real estate I’ve ever dealt with. Very unprofessional when it comes to communication. This real estate took over the property we were renting back in January, they only did 1 house inspection with no feedback or any communication to let us know it was done.Only passed on 1 water bill ( gave us the other water bills when we moved out of the property and demanded it be paid on the spot).Her knowledge of the RTA is very minimal. I 100% DO NOT recommend this real estate.

Belinda is an excellent property manager and willing to assist in any possible way to enhance the value of the house to give her clients the best rental return. Belinda constantly provides market update so we are aware where the market is heading . Strongly recommend Bars Real Estate for the Yarrabilba region and surrounding regions.
