Okay place that lacks decent competition in the area. Good for coffee and a drink but food choices let it down. So many better places around.Postscript. The cafe now has new owners and from all reports they are doing a terrific job. Haven't been there yet but good to hear that the place has improved.

Poor service from the moment we walked in. No greeting, not even a helloWe awkwardly stood around until I asked if we take and seat and order at the counter. To which my reply was “yeh”.When I went to order I didn’t get a hello. Even when I went to pay all I got was “cash or card?” . Where’s this friendly service I read about?Food came out very quickly. The girl, without a single word, dropped the meals down in front of the wrong person, then turned around and walked away. We still hadn’t received our coffees.As you can see by the pictures my meal was burnt. I went up to get to get new hash as this was significant part of my meal. I didn’t get a sorry, just “that’s how it’s meant to be”. Burnt. It’s meant to be burnt.The lady took my bowl, without a word , and I had to ask if I go and sit back down or wait. She said “it won’t be long”. I went and sat down. They came back moments later with my bowl and a sloppy hash. Annoyingly, I didn’t notice the bread was covered with butter, which I asked for no butter as I don’t eat it. So I couldn’t eat my toast. By this time I just could not be bothered any more. We just wanted to leave.I’ve been listening to the coffees been made and I should of cancelled the order. All I could hear was the constant hissing and aeration of the milk. When we finally got our coffees they were burnt tasting and unpleasant to drink. The mocha actually tasted like quik milk which my partner left, and that never happens.The flavours of our dishes were ok, but nothing that you couldn’t make at home. And isn’t the reason you go out to eat is To get something better than homemade?Overall, Nice location with no customer service.

We had breakfast and a couple of coffees and it was fantastic! The brekkie burger was delish :) It's in a wonderful little spot in Grays Point. I don't usually write reviews but i saw the place was newly renovated so I thought i'd give my thoughts on the new cafe. Great visit, definitely recommend!

Nice staff. We had High Tea there paid $30.00 and it wasn't a fair cost for the food that was served. In our group, we all thought that the food was only worth approximately $12.00. They must have made a fortune from our group alone! There were only a few pieces of food. No Scones and no Champagne it was only a half-baked affair, no pun intended. No we shan't return anymore and being almost all over 60 going to the Lavatory was a dangerous trip indeed. No rails for support, brick steps and no ramp for Walkers or Wheelchairs. Sorry, I must be honest, especially in these situations. I was going to give no stars but I've given 2 in the fervent hope that things will improve.

The Grayzing Point appears to be both a daytime cafe and a night time restaurant with bar and music. I can only vouch for the cafe aspect. It has a relaxed ambience that I enjoyed. Inside and outside tables. Located at the top of a local ridge the view is good. Being in Gray's Point it is a bit off the main Shire roads but well worth a visit. I must try dinner here some time. Apparently they also do party catering. Worth noting.

What a lovely place The Grayzing piont Cafe is, althought large it seems quite cozy with lovely staff which did everything they could to be helpful with genuine smiles and wonderful natured individuals The coffee was very nice and the bacon and roll and wraps where well above stardard, the price was reasonable. Although large seating area it never seemed like you crammed in therefore l" give a 8 out 10 .thank you The Grayzing piont cafe for a great experience."

This used to be one of my favourite little places in the Shire but the ambience has been ruined by the radio playing outside while I’m trying to have a conversation and enjoy the surrounds. Will have to find another local cafe with a more organic atmosphere. A shame.

Very friendly neighborhood cafe. The staff is cheerful and knowledgeable about the menu and happy to help with a smile.Ordered two bacon egg rolls and two large flat whites. Even went back for a toasted banana bread.The cafe is clean and spacious and has many options for both indoor and outdoor seating. The people of Gray's Point are lucky to have such a great place in their neighborhood.
