Never the same without Dr Leo Cantwell. He saved my puppy from death three times. Without him and the weekend visits, it is not the same. His knowledge and operating skills are fantastic. If Dr Leo was there, my puppy would not have died. I miss the old staff too. Like the new vet Ayesha who was good with diagnosis and kind, but not so sure about the experience of the other vet.

Scored 4 stars under previous vets. Now, even 1 star is too much. We had to euthanize our 12 year old pet, the new vet missed the vein 3 times!! The pain and screams lasted more then 15 minutes! Only after the 4th injection our little dog went away screaming in agony. Please choose another vet.

Never usually review, but was very disappointed with my experience today. Booked an appointment and was called two days before appointment by the reception team who asked to change to appointment time. I agreed and turned up at the new time arranged to be told I was late and felt like I was being accused of lying. Waited an hour to be seen. Previous prices for vaccination were $48 and was told on the phone it was just a few more dollars this time. To get the bill at the end for $66.Very disappointing, wont be back.

Really awesome service from ayesha....thankyou very much for all did for our pet teddy who was so sick for 3 weeks after been in abba boarding kennels....

Sharing on behalf of my mother inlaw.I've been going to stud road vets for 25 years and the new staff - without using other words - suck.I went to a couple weeks back to have my dogs teeth cleaned/removed.They removed 7 teeth. They gave her back to me still groggy and shaky from the sedation.A week later, she started vomiting blood and has been quite ill since. I've been to a different vet since for help as i will not go back there. I rang stud road vet several times and left messages on the answering machine and no call was ever returned.This new vet has also found a rotten tooth still in her mouth. Her breath smells revolting! I cannot understand something like this was missed!!I will never attend stud road vet again. There prices may be cheaper, but the shoddy work is not worth the problems that have arisen from taking her there.I'm upset because i was a regular when Leo was running the clinic, but now it's nothing more than a job, not a family" feeling there anymore."

Very caring and helpful people particularly in an emergency.Lovely people to deal with.

I found a cute little staffy who was lost. My partner and I took him in and when I followed up the next day he had been reunited with his family. Thank you!
