Went in for an iPhone 7 screen repair, for which I now highly recommend them for.James was both effective and well-spoken when answering my questions, they were also able to have the repair completed within an hr when I was in a rush.They even do a check with u after the repair to make sure the functions are working properly, which really put me at ease and re-assured me.All in all, a delightful experience and will definitely be back!! :) m

Dodgy company. Had a straight forward screen replacement. They have damaged lcd and refused to take any responsibility. They have no interest in helping customers when they damage their property to to the inability to perform their daily job. Seems to be a common theme throughout the reviews.

if I could give 0 stars I would. left my phone there for a basic screen cover replacement at 6:30pm on a Friday night during chadstones late night shopping hours. the woman did not let me know she would be closing 2 hours early.. when I went to go pick up my phone at 7:30pm she had completely shut the store and I was unable to get my phone. So unprofessional and I had to cancel plans I had for that evening because I did not have my phone. If the woman working there would have told me she would close early I definitely would have been there to pick up my phone before her closing time, as I can not live without my iPhone.

Nina was very helpful to me while purchasing a new iPhone case!The case is good quality too!I highly recommend them!
