I just had some engraving done, it was a beautiful job, they did it while I waited, and the price was very reasonable. I always get great service here.

Excellent service very quick 2yr warranty on battery replacement for my watch, which is great for piece of mind. And thank you to the lovely lady who replaced my battery.

I’ve been to Mister Minit once before, excellent service and professional work supplied. What was needed done was done in no time and with spectacular work. However, Thursday night closing time: 9pm?? I needed to come in after work, finished around 8pm and got there around 8:15pm, only to realise that after all the effort to go there, the worker had decided to leave early for the night. Not pleased with this at all and don’t appreciate the fact that I even called earlier that day on my break at work to ensure they finished at 9pm. You should change the Thursday night closing hours to, ‘whenever the workers feel like going home.’ Highly unprofessional and not pleased with this at all.

Went to the Townsville Stockland to duplicate my car key. Has some problem with my key and I've contacted them through Facebook, and they've got back to me really soon, and I am really happy with their service! The owner of Mister Minit even gave me a call personally to rectify the problem. 110% happy customer and I got everything sorted! Ignore the 1-star comment, they totally worth the price they've charged. Don't go anywhere else, they are the only place I will go in future for key!

One of the staff here showed a racial behaviour towards a guy today. It was sad that i had to see that, the attitude towards the customers based on race must be changed let this be a warning.Thanks

They broke my watch - I took it in working but losing a little time for a new battery. When I picked it up they said Ïts dead". Refused to acknowledge it was their fault but admitted they only know how to change a battery. Rude and abrupt. Avoid this place in case they break your watch too!"

Great service, only needed some extra holes put in a belt. Most places would charge something for the privilege. These guys did it for free

Terrible service, I tried ringing up in advance to ask some questions. No one picked up the phone, for the multiple times I called. When I had my item ready to engrave, I was met with “shit, you left that a bit late” they said it would take over 30 minutes to do it, so the female worker had a sook because she wanted to close up shop 30 minutes early, and so I had to leave.

Great customer service. Had some dramas with a hip flask purchased from there (manufacturers defect) and they swapped it out and re engraved it straight away. Very professional and do a very good job.
