Great service and great quality.Mickey D's supplied the burgers, sausages and chicken skewers for my father's 70th birthday BBQ and everything was exceptional. So many great comments from the guests with almost everyone saying they are going to have to get over to Northcote and stock up.Thanks for everything Mick!

Great customer service, fantastic products, good price. Owner Micky knows his stuff, heaps of knowledge with his products and always helpful with suggestions. Burgers are amazing, smokey chipotle are 11/10.

Have enjoyed Mickey D's. I've mainly had their sausages and last Saturday morning the chorizo was on sample. Very good! However this afternoon I discovered they do BOEREWORS. This is a South African sausage and after trying Mickey D's, they take their work seriously. Wow! Spicy but not too hot. High content of meat (not sausage) which means it's bona fide. Lovely texture from the coarse ground meat and the spices like rosemary and cardamom. Treat it carefully...look up how to properly cook it. I smoke meat, and Mick is always ready with great quality product and good tips to help me cook it well. Also, he sources his meat properly - local and from free range, grass fed farms. Highly recommended.

I met these guys through a mutual friend.As it was I was working near by on certain days, and had passed this location previously, not really noticing the butchers shop.To my surprise it transformed into this very warm, welcoming and friendly butchers shop called Mickey D's.I was invited to try their Rib Eye Steak, and I tried their Pork, Fennel and Orange Sausages, as well as their Hot Italian Sausages.OMG! I have never eaten Rib Eye before, and that was delicious! The sausages I wasn't sure what to expect, and now my mouth waters just trying to describe the flavours in this review.You need to try them, even just once. I can't encourage anything other than the delicious and beautiful flavours you will have in your mouth.

Ordered my Christmas ham and Pork from Mickey D's. The service was amazing, the guys new exactly what I needed for the amount of people I had coming for Christmas . The pork and ham both turned out great and everyone was happy Christmas day. Thanks Mickey D's

Beautiful quality meat, sausages and specialty goods. The ribeye melts in your mouth and the Devil’s Breath sausages are spicy and very very tasty.I live walking distance from Preston market but I haven’t come across anything there that comes close to the quality at Mickey D’s. It’s worth the little extra travel. Highly recommend!

Awesome new butcher shop... Such great quality meat... the Lamb Roast was amazing, haven't had good quality meat like that since moving away from the country where we grew our own. DO NOT underestimate Mick's snags! They are also world class! Go up and introduce yourself to Mick the owner and butcher you will not regret it. You are now my local to buy all my meat.

Followed Mick from his last store and it’s great to have this range of sausages and steaks so close by. Very knowledgeable and great value/quality.
