Enquired about a property for sale 5 weeks ago, Didn’t get a call back, called again to get access to property, was told “it’ll be a public holiday so owner will probably be away”Got access to the property from the land owner by my contact, Asked them if they had received a call they stated no.4 days later tried calling to put a deposit on property …. After many attempts finally got through to Paris which she made out like I was lying about trying to contact helen.My partner then received a phone call back from helen 2 minutes later and she stated the property was under contract for a week and a half ago.After finding the land owner, they told me it was only under contract as of yesterday afternoon.THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN REAL ESTATE.

If you want a realtor who will deal with you with honesty and integrity, you need to go to Ray White Esk or Lyn Sills. They have the experience, knowledge and customer service skills to meet your requirements. We purchased our property through Ray White Esk. Excellent agent. If I could post zero stars for L J Hooker Esk, I would.

Not the first choice of realtor I'd choose.

Many thanks to Helen and her team for their work during the purchase of our new property. This wasn't an easy one being a 'mortgagee in posession'; however, we got there in the end. It was great knowing that Helen was on our side and looking out for us during negotiations. And the 'welcome gift' on settlement was a beautiful added bonus.
