McDonald's

So I tried to order here and waited 20 minutes to get servered but then they dinged me service because of witch school I go to, I understand that kids weren’t behaving, but ignoring me for 20 mins then to tell me no was a bit rude, they could of let me know as I walked in. Anyway don’t go here if you don’t want to be discriminated

1 minute walk from Glenmore Tavern. Enjoyed the food, service was quick and the kids had so much fun in the play ground. Excellent place

Terrible. Food was left on the counter to get cold. Bin was overflowing. Ordering machine was out of paper. Tables were dirty. Lots of staff milling around but not doing anything useful.

To walk into a restaurant at nearly 12 o’clock and find floors filthy and no tables cleaned (place was empty) and by the looks of the rubbish on the tables, it hadn’t been cleaned since breakfast.The bins were full so I don’t blame people for leaving the rubbish.Yet we still placed an order (I know silly us) the touch screens were disgraceful and no cleaning products available.In the time we waited for our meals, I witnessed as staff prepared on dirty benches (don’t they teach clean as you go anymore) there were no hair nets used, gloves that were never changed, chips banked up before orders even placed, staff drinking and eating the products whilst not working (as in they could have cleaned something ANYTHING)Anyhow after receiving my meal I had to wait further for a frappe. Whilst waiting I dipped my hand in the takeaway bag (even though I was eating in the dirty establishment, I received a takeaway bag I chuckled a little bit) I pulled out a chip out which looked dead , it was cold and tasteless I asked the staff member could I have some fresh chips as my bag was filled with old ones that were stone cold. The staff member said sorry and proceeded to give me old fries which were AGAIN banked up awaiting orders.My brain could not handle anymore stupidity.I sat down at my table and ate what was provided. My chicken patty was like a rock at one end, I may have received 3 lettuce strips with half a tonne of mayo. I ate what I could and dumped the rest. I felt like a cheeseburger would cheer me up as they couldn’t possibly ruin that.Oh was I wrong, maybe the tomato sauce dispenser was broken that day, I had just experienced my first tomato sauce burger (just wow).I hope my family does not fall ill.Surely there has to be some sort of health and safety review conducted. Staff need to be appropriately trained??????????? Not one staff member looked clean or tidy.(no professionalism) I was too scared to use the bathrooms, there was enough mess on the floors to know the toilets was not on the priority list.My son took one bite into his chicken burger and spat it back out I asked what was wrong he said it tasted funny.I wish I had just cooked myself, I would have saved money and had a decent feed.On the flip side this place can only improve………..right ……. Like how much worse could it get?????????????Even though I may have just timed it perfectly for a fresh batch I would like to end on a positive note ……………………my chicken nuggets were fresh.

Food was great but staff were very slow and seemed to be more interested in having conversations with each other and friends than filling orders while people waited. Dayshift 28/02/23.

Rockhampton’s best car park! Order in the app so they know you’re coming, get parked for over 10 mins. Wondering if the nuggets had to be caught first……..

There was a literal cap in my burger. I understand fast food is hard but how do you even manage that. Went and got a refund. They gave it to me but could have been more apologetic. Just makes me wonder how they're handling food if I took a bite into a bottle cap. I was late to work since I had to go back... Not overly impressed tbh

This is easily the worst McDonald's in all of Rockhampton. Cannot seem to even get the smallest of orders correct especially at night. You are better off going to anywhere else than here.

Seating area unkept, rubbish on tables, ice-cream on floor near toilet door.... clearly a work place health and safety violation.Bit more care needed in making frappes an packing the bags for customers

This is one of the most disgusting Mc Donald's I have seen!!! It is filthy, the toilet is ferral and the manager seems to be totally disinterested in anything... on top of that Mc Donald's have increased their prices and dramatically decreased the serving size making it a real rip-off
