I want to sincerely share with anyone who needs assistance with a kitchen or laundry appliance that you need to look no further than Delta Appliance Repairs. We were looking for a trustworthy and reliable person/company to urgently assist us with our Simpson washing machine and was immediately helped by Juliette who provided us with the best options available to us in order to solve our problem.Prior to calling Juliette we had already spoken to another repair company and quickly found Delta Appliance Repairs prices were far cheaper and the repair time to be more generous and flexible, especially with their single call out fee policy.Juliette pro-actively arranged for a service technician (Michael) to come our house to diagnose the fault. Michael arrived on time and made a courteous call prior to arriving. He was able to diagnose the fault (all lights flashing on control panel and washing machine not operational) straight away and made arrangements for the new parts to be ordered with Juliette.Juliette contacted us as soon as the new part had arrived and modified her scheduled routes for the day which then allowed Michael to make us his last stop for the day. Michael again, arrived on time following a courtesy call and quickly replaced the faulty part of the washing machine. After replacement, he also took the time to ensure the washing machine was in full working condition before leaving. Michael was extremely professional, courteous and easy to get along with. He was a pleasure to talk to and have in our home. We would strongly recommend this company and its staff to anyone who needs professional, friendly and honest assistance for their appliances and have no hesitations in continuing our business dealings with them. Contacted Jan at Delta and arranged a time for Michael to repair our 'out of balance' F&P Smart Wash washing machine. Knew what the problem was so was able to quote parts and labor including call out. Quoted a very attractive price and date for Michael to attend. All done and finished in 30 minutes. Juliet kept in touch with me about Michael's visit. He was on time. Michael explained the issue and showed me the cause. I accepted his quote and the machine is now working beautifully again.I have used Delta previously and highly recommend their efficiency.

I called this company to get my washing machine repaired. I was told the technician would be there between 10am -1pm. He arrived at 2pm. As it was my one day off work I felt many hours waisted waiting. The call out was $95. I was then told it would be an additional $100 to order in 2 small washing machine motor brushes. And to install them. They were then on holiday for 5 days since call out. I then got in touch to find out the 2 motor brushes have to be ordered from outside of Australia. And will take up to 3 weeks to get in. In the end I gave up and are looking to purchase a 2nd hand washing machine off Gumtree as it proves to be more cost efficient. And no more time waisted. I basically paid $100 for nothing. No fix. Time waisted. And $100 gone down the drain. With no phone call back either. I would not reccommend.

Friendly service. I've used Delta Appliance Repairs twice and both times were good experiences. They stayed till the job was done even though getting the oven out of the wall got tricky as we found it had been siliconed in at the back and the broken element had buckled and had to be removed in pieces. They kindly squeezed my job in early so I could use my oven before the weekend. Happy customer.

After being charged over $400 and 4 return visits our fridge is still leaking and our disher washer has more problems now than it did before Delta appliance repairs visited to repair our appliances.I don't recommend.

I would highly recommend this Gold Coast company. Professional prompt rings prior to arriving comes within the designated time frame. I felt Michael was very clever with his skills in picking up very well what needed to be done to fix my washing machine so now I don't need to purchase a new machine. To fix an interior light which did cause a little difficult to do. To repair an oven door which other people had suggested a new oven insert yet it just needed to have the base realigned to close the oven door. I will keep my business with this company. We had a broken seal on our washing machine. The came out twice, once to confirm which parts were required and work required and the second to install the new seal. Price was reasonable and at every stage every interaction was professional and transparent. While it took a while for the part required to arrive, it was booked in the next day to do the repair.I’ve had whitegoods repaired before but with Delta Appliance Repairs I really felt the pride they have in their business and the service they provided.

Michael showed up on time, was polite and very efficient. Fixed my dryer super fast and easy done. I would definitely recommend them
