Went in, looked around and then staff approached me asking for what i was after and then when i said gold, straight away i was told 'Gold can be pretty much expensive. The worst you could say to a customer. I felt like i was being judged by the way i look.Was planning to buy something pricey but with that intro sentence no way"

Just becareful what you purchase at PROUDS PLUMPTON as they will tell you it’s one thing (white gold) when it’s actually sterling silver.

I went here today with my grandmother, both of us were polite towards staff and asking reasonable questions (e.g. explanations on the store’s refund policy). The younger staff members were very unprofessional and quite frankly, disrespectful. They seemed unwilling to answer questions, they didn’t smile, replies were short, they were chewing gum with their mouths open (very unprofessional) and after working in retail, I know what customer service should be like. This was disgraceful, especially considering the nature of the store (jewellery costing an arm and a leg). I receive better service at most other, significantly cheaper stores. Please train your staff, or hire more respectful women in the future. I wouldn’t shop here with these ladies serving me, only one woman was respectful out of the five.

A HUGE Thank u to the Store Manager Bev and her outstanding customer service skills. Prouds should hire more staff like her or may be get ROUSE HILL store staff trained by her so that they know what a “great customer service” is about. Had a bad experience with Rousehill store and never going back there again. Instead decided to go to Plumpton Prouds (14th Feb around 12:30pm). Best decision i made. Bev was so helpful. She is passionate about helping people & really making a difference.

A couple of weeks ago I bought a pair of rose gold hoop earrings for my wife. They broke in 1 day. The manager of the store was rude and very abrupt saying my wife must be too rough with them. I got a second pair and the clasp just came away in a day (not soldered on properly). Same manager rude to my wife this time even though it was plain to see it was faulty.Overpriced jewelry of very bad quality.

Rude service!, saw me walk in while serving a customer, no one was in shop except for me, 2 customer's and the 2 worker's, at the time. Another customer walks in 5min after me gets served first, so I said I'm sorry I was here first

Very Bad quality earings....bought 9ct..cristal design earing very next day broken ....not very good quality i guess
