Here, I found a very unique winter dress which I have worn to death. It is made from a quality material and has maintained its shape . I love the neckline and hope to find more of the same. Staff give great advice about how to wear it too. I need that.

Taking Shape West Lakes
Took my mother on a shopping trip for her birthday and after hours of disappointment at other stores that only had one drab item in the plus-sizes, coming here was a breath of fresh air. They had a great range of different styles to choose from and the people behind the counter were incredibly helpful and sensitive and clearly knew what they were talking about vis-a-vis fashion that can flatter. Plenty of good stuff on sale/reduced as well so the trip didn’t break the bank.

Always good to drop in & see the clothes in person. Internet is great, I love it, but for the colours and textures of the clothes, you can't beat the store experience. Staff are excellent, not obtrusive, just friendly and nice

Taking Shape West Lakes
Today I went into the Westlake store to purchase with cash 2 pairs of shoes . They were roughly $ 200 each . I waited to be attended . I was told I’ll be with you shortly . I waited and waited and waited . I left the store . I have contacted the store was told it’s a bit hard to serve two customers at once.. I responded that I realize that ….although,as I was leaving There could of been contact ..Maybe some training is needed in customer service …..
