What a joke, i drove to the gisborne store from woodend to use my telstra points to buy some headphones and was told that I wasn't allowed to purchase anything instore unless I made an appointment, or purchased them online! There were no appointments available

Called the store to see if they had a phone instock and was told yes.Told them i would come in store to get phone.Drive 20 min to get there to be told it is by appointment only and turned me away.Was not happy

Best customer service I've received in a long time. Shout out to Nathaniel who was amiable, knowledgable, patient and invested in creating a great customer experience. Easily the best experience I've ever had dealing with Telstra through any channel.

Great service BUT - beware of the overpriced cases and screen protectors. For example they charge $59.99 for exactly the same Brand glass screen protectors that can be picked up on Amazon for $6.99.They also charge $10-$30 above Recommended retail for branded cases such as Otterbox.Seems a legit rip off tactic to me.

Don't come here for phone accessories.Staff completely ignored me so it took 5 minutes to find out they don't even sell memory cards.

Walked in and politely asked for help with my phone that was bought through a telstra shop and on a telstra plan....was told I didn't have an appointment and then completely ignored...the person I spoke to was the manager/owner of the shop, he literally turned around and walked away. I thought he might have said something like ...would you like to make an appointment? but no, he just walked away and ignored us. Asked around a few friends in Gisborne and similar stories.Don't waste your time at this business" drive 20mins to Watergardens."
