Pillow Talk Windsor

Don’t usually make reviews, but I love Pillow talk and this store needs a shout out. HopeManagement is reading their reviews, because this is how all PT stores should look, feel and be. I felt important (the staff are incredible) and I was just there for towels!!!

I stopped by here to pick up a click & collect flannelette sheet set & can I say, some of the best customer service I've had in a long time.Leighton, sorry if I misspelt their name, was so relaxed & knowledgeable. I was asking about options for blankets, & mentioned once having an old, ugly wool blanket from my nan.Well, they took me over & showed me something similar, minus the ugly hahaha & it was on sale & I had $15 off from my sheet purchase & it was all seamless.Thank you very much, I do love when sales assistants know their products & had the service not been as welcoming, I may have never got chatting & found that wool blanket.

Loved it! Staff were great and friendly, didn't feel like they were upselling, but still saw I was looking for beachy items and pointed me in the direction of more!Friendly, bang for buck and great for styling ideas.

Absolutely the best service I have ever had at any Pillow Talk store. Staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Incredible product knowledge. Store is beautifully presented, clean and organised. Store manager went above and beyond to make sure you leave with everything you need and always on hand for recommendations. The only place to go when you need a home makeover

Absolutely amazing service! I loved all of the gum leaf Christmas decorations this year and the team were so helpful, they put one of those gorgeous wreaths aside for me.

Popped into pillow talk Windsor as they were having their grand re-opening sale. Beautiful store and lovely staff! Every staff member who walked by me checked in to see if they could offer any assistance and also specifically asked if I needed any advice as they could see me looking at my own photos and selecting colours and patterns. In a simple blonde moment of mine, I got to the register with twice as many pillow cases as I needed. Rather than just taking my money and processing the sale, the lady (Jen, I think) took a moment to check in with me if what I had grabbed was correct. I specifically drove to the Windsor store because of their sale, it was definitely worth the 40 minute drive.

My go too store for all things bed and bath, top quality product and top quality service

Attended today, shop empty of customers, the 2 male assistants proceeded to social chat to each other, I was ignored pretty much. Without sales a business will go bankrupt and you lose jobs! It is the biggest cause for complaint amongst shoppers, being ignored. Bring back the secret shopper" and let staff know their performance will be monitored!"

I was just looking for flat bed sheet and pillow cases but Sarah, the store assistant went beyond and helped me out in getting all this sorted out. She was amazing the way she handled the whole ordering and billing process, fantastic customer service
