They are peeled my skin and my face got wounds.I took full face waxing . It was too painful and I was saying “too painful” but she didn’t stop her hands. If my skin peeled, definitely she knows it. But she didn’t tell me anything. When I was going out of shop, I was in a lot of pain and even the air stung. I came back the shop and complained her, she said “because your skin was sensitive” . I was asking, it means you want to say it’s my skins fault? and she said Yes.I think she should apologize to me at least.I watched they use one spatula that dipped in the wax bowl all the time. It’s not clean.I can said a lot of things but I hope they realize how important that staff skills and attitude. Anyway I don’t recommend this shop.

I love the treatment from Sunita. She is amazing in her job. She is friendly, patient and treat every customer equally. She always made it comfortable and I love her threading skills, always it’s perfect. I introduced my friend to this Parlor/Sunita and now my friend travel more than 45 mins just to get the eyebrows done from her.Thanks Sunita for your service and keeping the smile on your face every time any customer walks in. The place is amazing with her service. She asked specific questions about how I wanted my eyebrows to be and was great at her delivery. She also made me comfortable to try out a lash lift. It was a relaxing experience.

Excellent service by Sunita every time!! My monthly routine to get my eyebrows done by her. Went to the Broadway store once and it was a bad result. Always and only go to the chatswood store with Sunita now!

The lady threaded my eyebrows horribly. She trimmed the start of my eyebrows shorter than the rest with scissors and threaded way too short. She was hurried and I had to stop to tell her what I wanted, even though she did the opposite. I am really upset as now they have to grow back. She also started threading my forehead and up to my hairline. I have since broken out in a rash in these areas.She also asked me to withdraw cash instead of using my card which I could not do. Only to end up charging me a $5 extra than what was advertised on the front of the shop.

My sister and I had our lashes curled and our eyebrows threaded. My lashes were dead straight after the treatment and my sisters eyelash only curled on one side, the other barely curled. My sisters eyebrows were very uneven after threading. Thankfully the lady agreed to not charge me for my eyelash curling but refused to do the same for my sister, even when it was very clear that only one side was curled… wouldn’t recommended this place at all.

Was very happy with my experience and the lady was very nice. I got my eyebrows done with henna and I was given the impression that both eyebrow tinting and threading would cost me $35. I recall only paying this amount however I recently checked my bank statement and the total was over $55. This feels a bit misleading and disappointing on what was otherwise a great service.
