After some sub par service and negotiations at a local direct competitor, Janet was a breath of fresh air. Knowledgable, not at all pushy, and nothing was too much trouble. Bought a Hisense Washing Machine from Betta- the Staff were just great; so friendly and very helpful. Janet was very knowledgeable. Kyle delivered the machine the next day. So very happy with the whole experience with Betta Echuca. I will alway buy from here and told all my friends/work colleagues; they’ll buy from here also.

Great service from local staff in Echuca 5 stars for them. Disappointed that I couldn't use a gift card that was issued by Visa, said to be out of date by Visa which I believe against the law now in Victoria they cannot be less than 3 years. Heather Lyons.
