I had vinyl planks and blinds installed through Carpet Court Taren Point over the last couple of months. Ben was very professional and went to great lengths to ensure that my panel blind would fit the space as I wanted it to. Everything looks fantastic and I am very happy with the service provided by Ben and Sarah. Highly recommended.

He was a great help, very informative and gave me options around my budget. I can not recommend Ben and Carpet Court Taren Point highly enough. We had a problem with some flooring on our stairs that we'd purchased through Carpet Court a while ago and the service to have this rectified has been amazing. Ben was very responsive, friendly and communicated with the progress every step of the way. The team he bought in to replace the stairs (Dave & Mark) were excellent and we couldn't be happier with the results. It's the best service I've experienced in a very long time and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks again Ben!

We had issues with our hybrid floor cracking on the stair nosings. We contacted Carpet Court Taren Point who originally laid the floor and spoke with Ben. He has been amazing at liasing with the manufacturer and having the issue fixed. Though a lengthy process, Ben communicated with us every step of way. We could not have asked for a better outcome nor better customer service which is so rare. We would recommend Carpet Court (and especially Ben) to anyone!
