Would give zero if l could.l asked the guy behind the counter if he had the casing for my ignition key,he said yes for $75...l said l only want the casing and he said yes but he had to install it.l said dont worry and he said he could do it for $65...l went to Repco and got one for $12 and sorted it in about 3 minutes...so $63 for 3 minutes work!

Steven was fantastic, I asked for replacement worn sole inserts for my badly worn shoe heals, was expecting a high price and was anticipating having to buy another pair of shoes but the price was very cheap and job was excellent. I came to pick them up and he even polished them up, they didn't look that good since I bought them new, Highly recommend, Thanks.

Got 2 sets of keys cut here after work only to find out 1 of them doesn’t work when I got home. Called right away and was told to come back another day to get the problem fixed (20 mins left before closing). I’m not sure how cutting keys work but this has never happened to me before at any locksmiths…don’t really need that $10 back mate, just need you to do a better job so your customers don’t have to waste time travelling back and forth

I just received the best service here! My Tag Heuer watch battery was replaced here a few days ago. The polite gentleman who attended to me informed me of the 2 year warranty that came with it. I told him I had the last battery replaced here last year so he advised me to look for that warranty card. In the meantime, I had to pay for this replacement and if I find the card, he will refund me the amount. I found my previous warranty card and went back to see him today. Yes my warranty was still valid and he honoured it and he gave me the full refund like he said he would. He was most professional and courteous throughout. I was very impressed. Last year when I replaced my two watch batteries, the service I received from Steven was excellent too. So well done to the great team at Mister Minit Glen! Highly recommended team for an honest and reliable service.

First I rang around n no one answered. I rang Eastland Forest Hills n Knox City was just a waste of petrol. RudeBut I rang The Glen n he was so nice n polite. I’ll b going back there for all my things I need. He’s engraving is absolutely wicked. Go to Mister Mint at The Glen. Everything is at a reasonable price

I took in a watch here because she was running a couple minutes slow - these guys not only explained to me that it was mechanical and what that meant, but were incredibly gracious about it when I clearly had no clue - so helpful and friendly and great customer service, the least I can do is leave a review saying thank you!
