Needs better parking options

I wish the rsl was there the apartments are ugly looking. The rsl there gave me childhood memories now they have knocked it down for ugly looking apartments. I hope the rsl comes back.

Poorly designed apartments, and parking is atrocious!Some of the owners have to park several streets away from their apartments.

In my opinion they are ugly and not in keeping with the area.

Great residential complex, great location

Nice units, well situated only a few meters to the Edithvale and Seaford wetlands where you can stroll or take a bike ride. It’s less than 1km away to the newly built train station where you may want to walk which may take 10-15 minutes or simply catch a bus, the bus stop is situated right across the road on Kinross Avenue. The local Edithvale beach is beautiful and clean right across the train station and on the other side of Nepean Highway. Though I must say that the parking is very inconvenient if you have more cars than the allowable car park spaces for them, where if that’s the case you as a resident cannot park on the 9 visitors parking spaces and must park on the street. Which in some case is not fair that resident takes advantage of the visitors parking space. Overall great neighbourhood, quiet and conveniently located if you love nature. I’d give it an 8 out 10. I’ve taken the 2 for the parking fiasco.
