Pharmacy 4 Less Belmont

Counter staff too busy talking among themselves. It took 25 minutes of waiting for a script. I was only one in the store and 10 minutes before next customer came in. Not happy!

Nothing worse than going into a pharmacy and having to listen to music blaring out as though you are at a rock concert. Both the lady serving me and myself had trouble hearing each other.

Lovely staff and nice store. Go here for my prescriptions and they are consistently good.

Unprofessional behaviour…. Visited the store to get some prescription advise from the pharmacist and been treated like an unwanted person. Made me wait for half an hour and keep servicing people coming to purchase the medicine.Very unprofessionally listened to my problem….I felt very discriminated and ignoredNever recommend or go back there

Always wonderful service, the manager always says hello, just wonderful. Wish the doors were fixed so we didn't have to walk the long way back to the car park tho

This is the first google review I’ve ever left. I have found the help and the service from Nam the pharmacist to be good old fashioned service. He even goes as far as following up with phone calls. Nam makes you feel valued as a customer and that no request is too much. Can not recommend this pharmacy or Nam high enough.

Prices are not even near competitive. Has a very stupid parking and exit system which is really inconvenient and confusing. Customer service is the worst i have seen from pharmacist to the store worker. Also always give the repeat medication even without asking. Hope owner see this and let know the staff about their attitude as i trust i have seen him and he is way better than the staff.

Late in the afternoon or on the weekend, Pharmacy 4 Less Belmont has been open when nowhere else is. They generally have what I need in those last minute dashes to the store. I feel like I can count on this store when I need it.

Aside the annoying one way door that you enter and must exit on the other side of street.They have very limited kids medicines and the staff recommended to use adult medicine on kids. No thanks, heading to another chemist to buy correct kids medicine

Today whilst the staff were under the pump as they were short staffed and very busy, I went in to get a perscription for my son for antibiotics for an ear infection. I had previously been to another pharmacy who told me there was a state wide shortage and that I would need to call around to see if anyone else had any. Pharmacy for less also were out of stock, but instead of just sending me away, they offered to ring the doctor to get a script for another type of antibiotics. After waiting about 5 mins they suggested I go and do my shopping and they would call when they had gotten onto my doctor. Less then 10 minutes later I had a phone call to say they had spoken to my doctor and gotten an alternative script for an antibiotic that they had in stock. They went above and beyond to ensure that my son had antibiotics to treat his ear infection, when they could have just sent us away! Amazing customer service.
