We have been using A Team Print for our 2 businesses: Yi Sushi Japanese Restaurant and Artificial Turf Direct for many years for business card, restaurant menu and product brochures. This place is too old school and conservative.My printer stuffed up the night before and I needed to print documents for my work which are private and I wasn’t comfortable sending it to their email. I was working from home and I did not want to drive to rockingham to print my work and this was the closest to me at 7am.I told the reception lady that I need a computer for 2 minutes for a quick print and I do not wish to send my documents to their email as it is sensitive and she called her manager to say “this customer is asking for prices and has a question”. I never asked for prices as it doesn’t matter to me, I’m happy to pay, and she clearly wasn’t listening to what I was saying as she couldn’t relay my question back. And the fact the front line reception staff doesn’t know basic prices for printing is quite concerning as you guys are a print shop. She needs to step up her game with product knowledge and listening.The manager said they do not lend a a computer and want me to send my document to their email to print the document which I said I can’t as it is sensitive data. The manager replied saying he’s not comfortable with me using their computer. But why don’t you guys have a computer for patrons to use as most print shops have this option?I didn’t bother arguing back as I was already time constraint and decided to leave to find a way to print my documents.How is this a print shop if the only way is to send documents to your email to print? I can do that at the news agency and the pharmacy as they offer this service as well. Your no different to these places plus how do you offer services to working professionals or even normal people who just want a privacy for their documents/pictures/statements in a emergency
