Always busy and for reason. The best bubble tea/ frozen drinks/ tea drinks you can buy. The line moves quick and the staff are great. Go try for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Cute interior, friendly service and nice tasting drinks BUT not having drinks available is why I rated it low. I drove to this place since I saw that they had boba with energy shots but this wasn't available when I went in. The customer after me was disappointed that he couldn't order purple rice yoghurt, any coffees and a particular matcha drink. After waiting for a while they didn't get my order correct and I had to wait again. This place has potential though...

I visited this store a couple months back and my experience was very good. I got a split cup, allowing me to both try one of the milk teas and one of the fruit teas. The milk tea was sweet and indulgent and the fruit tea was refreshing, I felt like I got my moneys worth and I would like to visit again soon! The interior of the store is also gorgeous and the workplace looked clean and hygienic. Overall a great experience 5/5.

Pretty good bubble tea shop. Consistent and fresh. love the flavours so refreshing. fast service nice welcoming place. They offer green tea or black tea with a lot of options for topping and you can also control the level of sweetness.Amazing

Just amazing. Interior is superb. An artificial touch of greenery. Smiling staff. Service is good. Cha Point written on thd entrance left wall has no match. LCD's are there to give you an overview of the special products. Two drinks in a single cup/glass with partition looks great. Presentation is lovely.

Im here in Revesby branch feel sorry for the solo staff here working today. You should not let you staff work alone especially in a busy saturday, the que is very long and people tend to cancel orders.
