Joints a joke ,don't buy here ,there is nothing out here ,I bought in here 5 years ago and was told 5 years ago the town centre was 2 years away .Before you buy go for a drive upto Eden Rise and try and get a park ,because this is your closest supermarket.I wish I had of bought in Officer as the estate's there seem better planned.Take note as the developer never comments on any reviews as all they are worried about is grabbing your money

An amazing childcare and kindergarten centre. Would highly recommend. Kindergarten teachers are great, they really pay attention in looking after and teaching the kids.

What's exceptional except the price tag really? You have to go 10 kilometres for anything significant . Wish you would take a leaf out of Scotland Highands in Craigieburn to create an estate . No Recreation centre , No swimming pool , adjacent to a dingy Coles , No tennis court , No good enough playgrounds to boast of , no gathering places . And no future plans either. Come here if you have money to burn. Apparently, we did .

Well we bought a piece of land from them and happily living in our house so.theu must have done something right! Jokes aside we have been very.happy with the area, amenities and play areas.

Frasers property and mondous property and Berwick Waters are the reason why little kids have to walk on the side of a main road against traffic with all the big trucks, this is the only way they can get to the pedestrian crossing to get anywhere or to school.They have refused to make a footpath for pedestrians for 5 years now! Reason: ooh they need to make money of the undeveloped land (sitting vacant for 5 years) first to afford it .They know the residents have no choice but to do this, and that they have language barriers(english not being there main language), and take advantage of this.

Berwick waters is a great upcoming community to live or invest it. Good schools, shopping and potential for huge capital growth.
