I rented a car via Carnextdoor. The brakes on the car didn't work. Shuddering violently with loud scraping noises. We almost died on the freeway when the car did not stop. I reported this deathtrap to CarNextDoor and they did absolutely nothing.

User interface on mobile is horrendous. I can select the date but I can't select time yet Uber has bought this company. Use your app like an ordinary phone user and see what the bugs are. If developer and QA are using iPhones then probably introduce them to a suburb 10km away from CBD to get a better understanding of life and average users in general.

Worst company I've ever had to deal with, I got rejected but have an immaculate credit rating, never list a point and am over 25 and couldn't give me any reason why I was rejected. Worst Worst Worst company to deal with on the phone absolutely useless
