Sitar Indian Restaurant
Sitar is probably one of the best Indian restaurants we've been to in ages and it's so close to home. We usually have to travel for such good food - its amazing and well priced. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our only negative comment is that it could do with a bit of a sprucing up/clean; the ladies restroom, windowsills and windows. Still worth going though.....

We always order from here. Best curry we've eaten so far, service is excellent, delivery is about normal. Prices and quantities are better then other curry restaurants I've looked at.

As this is a local Indian Restaurant we decided to try it midweek. They advertise a buffet on Wednesday night but it was unavailable. The restaurant was empty bar another couple.The carved tables are fabulous. The restaurant is clean, pleasant decor and white tablecloths.Good wine list and all the usual Indian favourites.The two entree bahja were fabulous. Unfortunately both mains were way too hot. One of the curry leaves was broken and scattered throughout the dish leaving a really bitter taste when inadvertently chewed.Both dishes tasted exactly the same due to the heat.It's a shame as both mains had lots of meat and sauce.We had the Rogan Josh and a chicken cardamon coconut dish.We'll go again but will certainly ask about the heat of the dishes as these two were practically inedible for us.Lovely staff. The desert was great.

Excellent service, good prices. We tried the butter chicken and naan bread with basmati rice. We just wanted to try it (first time little unsure) we ate it in our car but next time the whole family will be eating in there. Good work guys !!!! Definitely recommend people to go there.Went back to sitar to dine in (29/0920) amazing food again. Added another photo

Our first time ordering here, we placed an order through menu log. Service was kind, quick and the restaurant was clean and well maintained.Food was amazing. My son complained the Korma was a bit spicy for him but still delicious. Best Malai Kofta I have had in a long time! My husband had Chicken Vindaloo and said while it could have been a bit hotter it was still delicious! We will definitely be back!

I haven't had the pleasure of Sitar's culinary offerings as I'm based too far away. It shares the name of my local Indian restaurant. When I accidentally placed an online order with Munno Para rather than my local, they very kindly gave me a refund. That's good service, hence five stars.

Great tasting curries, will definitely be ordering from here again. The spicy curries had a good kick and the meals were a good size.

All their food are delicious. Plenty of seats in the restaurant. We bought butter chicken, lamb shank, calamari, lamb chop, palak paneer and prawn. Ample carpark space.

Sitar Indian Restaurant
The last time we ate here it was perfect. As was tonights meal. Truly brilliant standard. The tastes get better with every bite. It is rare that you find exceptional food quality, servings and presentation at an affordable price. The staff there should hold their heads high with pride. No other restaurant in the area is remotely comparable. Thank you for sharing the flavours of India with us. I look forward to the next time!!!!
