Can’t recommend That Geek Guy enough!! From fixing my Iphone screen to looking over my PC (not very tech savvy). Customer service was excellent, friendly and diligent. Price was great and repairs we’re quick. If you have an IT issue, That Geek Guy are the people for the job.

Such nice people, I needed a laptop charger as I'm working on the road and dropped mine into the dogs water bowl. My partner called The Geek Guy and they just said come in well lend you one. No charge. That's the kind of good will that solidifies a business. Highly recommend

I spent weeks trying to get my phone screen fixed with these guys, it was a huge waste of time and effort. First they ordered the wrong part. Then I asked them to order the right part and got the boss on the phone, but he said it wasn't his job to do that, so his assistant would. I asked him to have her call and confirm it had happened. No word. Then I left a message. No word. Then I saw on facebook that the annoying and unneccesary phone menu they use had been having glitches. So I call again, I get the same menu which puts me indefinately on hold. So I drive down. Their closed during their advertised business hours, with a note that doesn't say when they will be back. Worse than useless. No respect for their customers or our time.

I have used That Geek Guy twice now & on both occasions I was impressed with the service, the time taken to assess the problems & provide a solution as well as the reasonable cost & friendly nature of the businesses staff.In March my son locked himself out of his ipad & somehow erased most of his data & schoolwork. The owner quickly figured out what he had done & was able to rectify 95% of the info my son had lost whilst reassuring his stressed mother!More recently I needed a phone screen replaced, this was organised & completed in a timely fashion & for what I thought to be an affordable price.I have no hesitation recommending That Geek Guy for any IT or android phone related services that you may require.A+ business
