Ham and cheese toastie only toasted on one side. Cold. Cheese not melted. McCafe staff maybe need to spend less time chatting and pay a bit more attention to the product they are sending out.

Bought lunch there today and asked for a cup of water...was told if I want want have to buy a bottle at $4.20. Absolute rip off...every other macccas store in Perth will give you a water if you purchase food.The Owner of the Tuart Hill store is a scumbag and very much unAustralian.Whatever you do don't go to this store and go to another.The Owner is disgusting

Came in recently, overheard a staff member being quite rude and asked a staff member what her name was and they said Martina. Please learn to be respectful when it comes to staff, especially your own staff. It seems to be common, to treat others like they're below you. Re-train your staff, they need to learn to communicate better.

Young boy receiving the order on the drive through window today 9/05/2023 so rude. Mate not sure how with your attitude you get placed in front of the store, should be trained a customer service skill or stay at the back somewhere and dont upset the customer.Geezzz your store is 2 mins from my place, looks like i’ll be getting my macca else where from now on..

Just grabbed some breakfast. The little blonde girl with the attitude, throwing orders across the counter at the customer. Perhaps you need to find a new job. It's not hard to place a bag on a counter.

There is a fat girl with mustache, she is not respecting customers and she keeps looking at you in a bad way “in a racist way”, please McDonalds you become very bad place when you select your worker randomly, don’t you check their behavior before hiring. I was there Friday night around 12:30 am the girl name as I heard was Shilpa. I didn’t want to make any trouble i just wanted my meal peacefully and i don’t think am coming back to this branch.

This is one of the worst Maccas in Perth! The service is bad and order is 8 out of 10 times wrong! Today was just unacceptable! Mouldy snack wrap!! Never going back again!!!

For a McDonalds, this place is pretty consistent. It's usually busy, so the food has always seemed fresh cooked. It's a bit on the noisy side, but I'm not there for the atmosphere. Enjoyed the food.

Racist manager denied service to me simple because I was of colour. Threatened to cancel my order if I placed one and kicked me out. There was other people ordering and eating in the dining area and we were still kicked out! The manager that looks like a nerd with glasses should be ashamed.

The first round - the fillet of fish was rubbery and no sauce, the Big Mac was cold and no sauce. Went back to complain with food in hand, after they argued they gave us a second round - the fillet was ok but no sauce, the Big Mac was loaded with sauce and inedible. The attitude of the staff was appalling and the food was disgusting. It’s amazing this place is still open. And what’s with the Sprite only being sugar free! The worst part is that McDonald's corporate does absolutely nothing to maintain quality standards. Last time we’ll be eating McDonalds!
