Western Diagnostic Pathology

I've done blood test at multiple Western Diagnostic for countless times, every nurses was kind and professional. This is the only one I would never come back. The male nurse was rude, When I walked in, he just sat there and stared at me with no expression, I thought he was an ill patient waiting for his test. I was doing a new test for the first time, he was so reluctant when I asked him to explain the process one more time. Ok, perheps he was NOT in mood on that day. Second time I brought my sample back in, I was the first one in the waiting room, and another guy walked in. When the male nurses came out, he gave me a peek without any asking, and went straight to another guy!! Compare to other sweet and lovely angel nurses, this male nurse definitely is way below the standard.

Unhelpful and condescending approach. Assumed I should know all about their internal processes including collection times and become annoyed with me for not knowing. Felt like a huge an inconvenience.

Not one of the most efficient WD centres I've been to, and they lost my results once, but the staff have all been friendly with good skills, so I'll visit again.

Friendly staff, have always been able to get a blood collection and my veins can be hard to get.

Won't answer their phone or call back.

No waiting & friendly service.

I have always had positive experiences here but today was outstanding. My daughter had never had a blood test so the nurse walked her through it step by step and had her completely at ease.

As far as Western Diagnostic goes this one is fantastic. I went on a Saturday morning which was busy as expected. There were two staff seeing patients and this made the wait bearable. I've waited way longer with less people in queue before me at other collection centres, but the staff here are efficient and friendly. Would recommend

Be prepared to wait a long time here. I have been waiting 50 minutes so far today. 14 people are waiting. New staff come and go at this workplace. Some efficient. Most not.
