Absolutely 100% satisfied with the purchase of my Samsung Multi Press X4300LX...I cannot believe the difference it has made in my workplace 10 fold! I phoned Imogene end of June and purchased it sight unseen...Thank you heaps to the team at Network Office Sunshine Coast for all of your support when required, first time was today and I just could not work out how to switch my excel to B & W instead of colour LOL! The service team are fabulous! They are all over this.

Thank you to the wonderful team at Network Office, Dan, Immi and Dave. The recent installation of our printers was very efficient and stress free! From the sales, installation and the after sales service you guys make the whole experience so easy, you are all amazing! It has been on of the best decisions that we have made this year. The whole experience has been excellent from the start. Our medical practice needed a new printer and the printer we ended up with is just perfect. The communication was excellent whether it was phone calls or emails. Our installation was fast tracked and our technician spent a lot of time with us making sure we had a solid understanding of how everything worked. Can not recommend Network Office enough for their wonderful customer service.

Network Office arranged Fibre to curb installation and coupled it with an Enterprise grade internet service, which has really made processing times much faster (and enjoyable). Now the whole team can have their video on during our online meetings, which is awesome to be able to see everyone. The whole install run smoothly and efficiently. Thanks guys !

Right from the start, we knew we were in good hands with the team from Network Office Sunshine Coast. Ross is attentive, professional, informative and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. He offered realistic solutions, involved the wonderful Michael from IT who had the answers to those more complex IT questions. They investigated and checked the boxes to ensure the service offering was inline with could be supported for our business. In preparation for the roll out of our new managed IT plan and equipment upgrades, Immy popped in to run through time frames, stages and thank us for choosing Network Office. It didn't stop there, the team commenced the roll out efficiently and checked in regularly. They checked before doing things to ensure minimal disruption to our team. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They truly are the best in business!

We had come across Network Office based on Google Search, We had an old printer not doing many benefits to the business. Initially had a appointment with Imogene who was professional, efficient and understanding on the main reasons we benefit from a quality printer. She explained the options, features of the Samsung Printer's and matched our needs. Since using our new Samsung Printer it is faster, the quality of images are excellent, the internal firmware updates and automatic bug fix on the printer makes it easier for us to not have the extra job on hand. We're also a MAC using office and struggled with our old printer keeping up to date on computer software updates, we did not have the options that we do now, scanning directly into folders with a faster scan count. It's such a reliable printer. We also love working with Dan, Immi and Dave in setting this up for the business. We do highly recommend there level of service they have to offer.

Network Office have helped me put together my business by putting a beautiful machine in my office at home with some incredible features for the price. Highly, highly recommend, super easy to get along with and having been in the same place as a start up and now being further down the path can put themselves in a lot of shoes which translates to better planning for scaling & growth down the track. Network Office Sunshine Coast have been an absolute pleasure to have on board as our managed print service provider. The devices have been exceptionally priced, the service excellent and the people friendly. Nothing has ever been too big a problem (even when there has been a couple of hiccups with the devices) with most everything being fixed quickly and easily. I have been most impressed and would recommend them to anyone who asks (and even some who didn't). Keep up the good work!
