I rang up first thing this morning,Monday, 25/ 07/2022 for anemergency extraction on a molar thathad broken in two. Not expectinganything that day I was offered10.30am. Brilliant! The receptionists are both pleasant and helpful. As my extractionwasn't straight forward because I'mimmunocompromised from my MSmedication, the dentist phoned tospeak to my GP. 1 1/2 hours later.finally we got an answer. I would liketo thank, I'm sorry I don't know theirnames, the fantastic dentist who Ithink was an Indian lady and the ladydental nurse who loves Rock 'n' Roll.for their patience and entertainmentwith the long unavoidable wait. Bothwere lovely ladies. It was quick andpainless and, I for one, am a very satisfied patient. Thank you.

Had a really disappointing experience this morning. Rang up in regards to a wisdom tooth that was growing and causing pain and was offered an emergency appointment. When I finally got seen, the student who was assessing me seemed like he really had no idea what to do…I really wish he’d just called someone else in to guide him rather than standing there. Finally overheard that they don’t have an X-ray machine here and they’d write up a referral for me to get one elsewhere. I’m really confused as to why they booked me an appointment for something I’d need an X-ray for without telling me they don’t have an X-ray machine…

1.Inform people where you are !!!!!!!!! considering you aren’t where you are supposed to be. I imagine it’s temporary (Roof being done)# 2. Great Staff , very thorough, helpful, caring, great work, they don’t cut corners and their work lasts. They are Excellent. Thankyou

Today 12/05/2023 I returned to get a filling, Eugene the dentist was amazing no pain involved and gave me excellent care. Sandy his assistant was friendly and very helpful. I rang at 8:15am as instructed for an emegency filling. Had my appointment at 12:45pm, Andrej the dentist was friendly and helpful! Andrej filed the tooth down a bit as no filling required. Andrej did an excellent job, all the staff at reception are exceptional and give wonderful customer service.I can highly recommend this business.

What a shocking place. The receptionist is condescending and rude. If you have zero people skills you shouldn't be at front office. What a deplorable attitude to already struggling people. She should be fired. Receptionist on 12.05.2022. Abhorrent behaviour. Calling for a stern warning or a sacking. Life is hard but that is not an excuse to be rude and condescending toward people. Discusting!

Cheap emergency dentistry when needing subsidised. Some dentists have woeful bedside" manner

The receptionist is very rude, treating the patient without even a little respect. 3 years ago they took an impression for my upper denture and I was told that it would be finished in 3 to 6 months. And now it's been 3 years since then and it's still not finished. How much longer do I have to wait until I die?

Reception staff communicate in an extremely aggressive & rude way towards clients...yelling from behind the desk at clients across the waiting room...the way the receptionist Lee spoke to my 87yr old mother was absolutely appalling!! Something needs to be done about the way these receptionists speak to clients.
