I was lucky enough to be a guest at a dinner that Tony was cheffing for a 50th Birthday dinner. The food was nothing short of devine! A few of the guests were celiac and dairy intolerant but that was no issue for Tony. Everything was so fresh and beautifully presented. Who knew a simple corn on the cob could be so decadent! The best part for the host was everything was taken care of so the host could relax, enjoy the evening and mingle with guests. The kitchen was left spotless too. I would highly recommend Tony for your private small dinner gatherings.

Chef Tony Tierney always leaves you going WOW after every dish. He is a true artist and professional. Tony is also a great guy willing to chat and explain what he is doing with what ingredients on the menu which really added to the experience. An absolute must try

Chef Tony came to our place to cook us the most amazing dinner. A surprise organised by my wife for my birthday. Epic food from local suppliers, cooked in our own kitchen. We will be doing it again!
