I have been into this store 5 times hoping to purchase several items. Worst customer service I have ever had. The staff just look at you then ignore the fact that you are there. I even waited by the ride on mower to get their attention. No luck and we were the only customers in the store. Will never bother going there again. Very disappointed.

I suppose it's nice to have at least somewhere in Hamilton to talk and shop motorcycles. However, in my several experiences with Barry Francis - I was certainly not impressed. The staff knew actually very little about road bikes, and seemingly, even less about riding gear. I was recommended unsuitable products, and services were haphazard. Perhaps if you are only interested in farm bikes/quads then it'll be fine.

Fantastic choice of bikes, mowers and gardening equipment. Spoke to main reception and the team were fantastic. Workshop services were super busy. Will definitely continue business here

After reading a few of these reviews I have a feeling staff and owners have left 5 star reviews themselves as every time I have been to this store, the service has been woeful, they never have parts, and their idea of warranty is telling people they are liars. We will never shop there again. Go to MNA moto and see Morgan. At least people won’t treat you like dogs there.
