Store always tidy and clean. Little too many online shoppers carts that don't give way to walk in customers. Staff always friendly though.

Very easy to get in and out of the car park. Well presented and current layout. Everything was clean, tidy, fresh looking and easy to reach. Checkout staff have been pleasant and helpful. The click and collect bay is in a good position.

Its a decent sized store but limited in stock compared to other stores around which is mainly due to its size and layout.The staff are usually very helpful and friendly and the store is usually clean and the shelves well stocked.

I’ve had an older lady lecture me for buying cigarettes for about 10 minutes of my time. I asked on several occasions for the location of certain products and had to wait for the younger workers to finish their conversations and was greeted very rudely with a 3 word statement. I understand it’s a busy time of the year but the basic respect in the last year for this store is LACKING. The only department i have been happy with is the Butcher. Always friendly and eager to help out yet these younger assistant workers have no manners or respect to their customers and is something that needs to be immensely worked on.

Most staff are now rude and unfriendlyMy daughter has been spoken to rudely by older service counter staff and younger staff. Unwilling to help, have shopped here from day one. Looking forward to Woolworths opening in Maryland

Excellent Coles Supermarket. Very well presented and will lots of different options. It looks like this little mall has been recently built or renovated because it looks like fairly modern. Plenty of parking to choose from and the actual Fletcher Coles is Excellent. You will find in here a decent bakery section as well as many options outside Coles. There is also a big selection of delicatessen and cheese. Will definitely recommend this Supermarket to anyone in the area or cruising by.

Coles Fletcher, always been a over priced very basic selection. Lately prices have gone up again, beyond a joke. Shop elsewhere.
