We put a spade through our water main on Easter Monday and called around for a few quotes to fix it. Chris and his team were by far the most responsive. We had the pipe repaired quickly and efficiently, even though it was a public holiday. Highly recommend. Good guys and a good job done for a fair price given it was a public holiday. Would use again.

It's not easy to find a plumber/gas-fitter who'll work on boats, most won't go near a marine environment. So I was relieved to find Chris was happy to do so and even came quite a way from his local area to fix a problem with my gas system (BBQ/hot water/stove & cooktop), then re-certify it to commercial-standard compliance.Chris is friendly, punctual, patient & professional. The initial emergency response to a blocked sewer on a Sunday was great but cost around $570 excluding what was described as the optional camera usage for an additional cost of $220. BUT the blockage returned within 7 days and Chris wanted to charge me another $480 to do the same work again. He said there was NO WARRANTY on his first attempted service because I had opted not to use what had originally said was an optional camera service for an additional cost of $220 (so that I could be sure what the problem actually was"). (N0te: The extra fee was negotiated down to $309). He never said to me that he would not warrant his service if I didn't pay the extra $220 for the camera usage.... but he claims he must have said that as "he says it to everyone".... but definitely NOT in my case. BE AWARE that Ezi- Flow plumbing will only warrant their work if you opt to pay the extra $220 for the camera usage...and then it is only for three months. Chris also quoted $199 to change one set of washers in a bathroom basin whilst he was already on site

Chris is super efficient with the job at hand. From initial consultation to have the grease trap up and working again and having the sump pump replaced within a day was awesome and very friendly to deal with. It's a pleasure when trades come in, are straight forward and honest and just get the job done.

Our old existing home storm water drainage pits have not been able to cope with the La Niña rains. Chris came up with the best solution to take the water from the downpipes at the rear of our home into a new 8m x 3m x 1m pit. The front downpipes were directed into a smaller pit with a pump attached. New driveway gutter drains were also installed to take the runoff water into the same pit. It was a big job and Chris took on every aspect efficiently. He always kept us posted and was easily contactable. The site was also kept very tidy at the end of each day. I highly recommend Chris and have no hesitation calling him again for any plumbing issues. Neil

I got into EZE-Flow plumbing accidentally when my daughters toilet blocked late one afternoon. I googled how to unblock a clogged toilet and up popped EZE-Flow. I punched in to get a quote and three minutes later Chris called. He was polite and professional and after a few minutes on the phone he was on his was. He arrived 20 minutes later and the job was all done at the price quoted in less than 15 minutes. He was fantastic. He then quoted me to get a camera down my sewerage pipe which had been continually blocking on and off for a few years. He was back 2 days later and had the job done and all at the quoted price. Again Chris was professional and polite. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. I know I’ll definitely be using him again. Thanks Chris!
