My wife and I had our 3rd anniversary dinning here.Service: excellent and professional.Food: fresh, delicious and yum yum (top 5 in Brisbane).Atmosphere: elegant.We even got a surprising dessert.Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

One of the best dining experiences we have had in Brisbane. We had the set menu and the food was impeccable. Presented beautifully, explained to us carefully and most importantly tasted delicious. Out of all the dishes, I thought I would like the portobello mushroom the least but it was a flavour explosion and the most amazing dish we had as there is so much flavour packed into the mushroom which pairs so well with the sourdough and foie gras. The service was incredible. Quentin and Sasha were professional, friendly, attentive and informative and was the other big reason we had such an incredible night. Ambience is beautiful as it has a nice cosy and fancy feel. Prices are reasonable for this type of dining experience and food portions were enough for us to feel satisfied but not overly full. Highly recommend.

I tried their takeaway menu from Night Feast at New Farm and it was amazing. I tried the Soy-braised beef cheek, Asian herb salad and crispy shallots and it was some of the best beef I have tried. The flavours mix together so well and everything is tasty. The flavour was amazing and it followed me throughout the night in the back of my mind. I need to go and try the restaurant.

Excellent food. Well balanced between sour pickles and raw yellowtail kingfish. The two stars off are for the poor customer service. I have to show my bank account and proof twice that the staff charged me in advance while I made the reservation . Felt even more embarrassed while this manager lady/ boss insisted that she is right and the restaurant never charged in advance. The whole mood was just ruined at the end of the dining experience.

If taste buds could talk, I'd let them write this review.Words can't even describe how amazing everything was last night...The combination of textures and favours with every bite, were an absolute delight.We loved it so much, we booked valentines dinner on the spot.Looking forward to having another culinary experience.Thank you to the staff and chef, super welcoming. Had an anniversary dinner here on Friday night. We did the five course set menu and the Australian wine pairings. The food was great, wine even better, but the best aspect of our evening was our host Shannon. Made us feel welcome and comfortable and had a bit of fun too. Will definitely come again!

Visited Ecco a few years back and I had a vague memory of the food . Having dined at most of the “5” star restaurants in Brisbane, Ecco is right up there. The menu is limited, but each and every dish is mouthwatering. Not cheep , we spent $600 for 3 . Mind you we did not hold back on the food or drink. We chose to share our meals so we got to taste most of the menu. Service was great , perhaps a touch slow , but I was with my kids and it did not matter.If it’s about the food for you, then Ecco should be your destination . Highly recommended

Wow. Here there is a set lunch menu @ $105 per head - for which you get 3 stunning courses.Each course more elegant and delicious than the one before.Friendly, professional service, great wine list and all at a relaxed pace…Absolutely fabulous- we’re so lucky to have this fine dining restaurant in our neighbourhood. I cannot wait to go back… thank you Team Ecco!!

Took Mum for Mother's Day lunch. Food, service, drinks were all excellent. There had been a miscommunication when booking but the staff quickly adjusted and accommodated my Mum's dietary needs - thank you! My favourite dish was the gnocchi in truffle sauce - sooo good! It ended up being ~$120 p/Hd including drinks. Mum was very happy & that's always a good sign.

The generous hospitality by Philip,Mary & team at E’cco Bistro is always on point.No matter if you’re sitting down to Chef’s tasting menu or picking up a cheeky take out (when available) - the quality & flavour is exceptional & everything service related is welcoming & bang on.If all vegetables were treated like the roast cauliflower, basil pesto, buttermilk & parmesan crisp I may consider making the move to vegetarian - but only if the lamb shoulder was no more - that was spectacular!*truely seasonal menu changes regularly*
