Honest and not pushy. Having visited a number of places looking for a bed without the hefty price and with good quality materials, and having no luck, we eventually found the Rockdale mattress factory.Great selection of quality mattresses.Pleasant and helpful staff.Only problem, is that we ordered our mattress a month ago. And we specifically asked if they delivered an hour away. We were told it would take a couple of weeks, which we were happy enough to wait for. But! A month later, and we still haven't had our bed delivered. After calling twice about it, we were told they were under staffed and did not know when it would be delivered. So, now, my husband is talking about hiring a Ute to pick it up. Now, I'm known for my patience, truly I am, but even I've had enough.

Amazing customer service really listens and helps direct you to what you want and aren’t pushy. The quality is the best I’ve seen, just like they used to make it in the old days. The guys have me an excellent price for me and another time for my cousin. Once I got the wrong size and they even came to exchange it no problems. Such a good team

Customer service at the factory was good. HOWEVER, poor customer service for when my mattress was delivered as they didnt help me move my old mattress. I told them that I do not need them to dispose it as we had a council clean up coming up so they could leave it outside but they still declined and told me to find a friend to help me.

We have had our mattress and topper for a few months and couldn't be happier with the comfort and quality.The personal service and advice at the factory was excellent. We were pleased to buy a product that wasn't mass produced and was made at the factory (Australian made) . Would highly recommend this company.wanting

We bought our first bed with base (double sized) nearly 5 years ago and have since recently returned to buy another 2 beds (single and queen sized with base) because we LOVED our first Rockdale Mattress Factory (RMF) and bed so much. We feel like we are sleeping on a heavenly cloud yet so much support is provided to our backs, spine and neck - we have tested other beds from other shops and nothing comes close to the high quality worksmanship and competitive pricing that RMF offers. Bill served us both times and has shown a high degree of expertise and professionalism - in fact he recommended the beds we now own and once again it has met our expectations and even more so. Unbelievable comfort and long lasting quality feel with affordable price tags to match. Not to mentiom how flexible and accomodating they were with the delivery. RMF beds are highly recommended, you won't regret it. We will definitely return again to buy more beds in the future when we have kids!

After searching various retail stores for a new mattress for my mother I rang the Rockdale Mattress Factory. The lady I spoke to had more knowledge about mattresses and their construction than the previous 5 salespeople put together and was enthusiastic about their product. It was enough to convince me to drive mum for over an hour to have a look at their factory and range of mattresses. After talking to Charlie (I think? - sorry) mum decided on a mattress which has now been delivered. She has been living with the mattress for 2 weeks and says she is amazed at how comfortable and supportive the new mattress is - knowledgeable people with a great range and good pricing.

Very friendly service and Quality material cut to my size mattress value for money

After reading a choice magazine article about some of the dodgy practice's and techniques mainstream manufactures and High St retailers use. We decided to visit the guys at Rockdale Mattress Factory as an alternative.Fantastic Service, Price and Quality. Made locally and not sold with the BS marketing spin and big $ mark-ups.The Mattress we settled on, was third of the price of the High St store we visited and way more supportive and comfortable. Delivery was free and prompt.Thanks Guys

We purchased one of there pillows from Rockdale mattress factory at a recent penrith caravan show,I can honestly say they have transformed my wife sleeping patterns.Jan would use two pillows in the night as they would get hot and she would swap them over and we would often wake each other upSince purchasing she sleeps right thru,After seeing the results of my wife I had no hesitation in buying one for myself two weeks later,I also have had my best nights sleep in a very long timeI highly recommend them, we will be back for a mattress in the new yearGreat friendly service

I was very impressed with their showroom facility. They have a good variety of Mattresses neatly displayed in a large private, air-conditioned showroom area, which made for a perfect testing environment. They were also very accommodating, allowing me to spend a long time trying out different Mattresses in peace. By far the best showroom experience I've had.Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The prices were also very reasonable. Thank you Natasha for the exceptional service.
