Panel beater found some extra repairs required but was happy to performed those for free outside of the original quote even though it would have taken extra 15 more minutes. Great customer service in this case!

Went in to replace battery for my car, first of all the owner couldn’t speak English and didn’t understand what I asked for so someone else translated.Once my car got into the workshop he wanted to have a look at the battery to see whether they had them in stock, then he couldnmt even open the bonnet.. after struggling for few minutes he opened and was saying aomething to himself which I couldn’t understand. I lost the trust and reliability so toldhim I won’t do it and he wouldn’t even close the battery lid/ bonnet.How rude.. will never recommend this mechanic.

Worst car repair experience ever. Manager was rude and trying hard to let you spend more money. Charged $150 to secure the bumper but wasn't done properly at all. They use glue instead of changing the damaged connector, the manager even told me don't touch it!!! And it looks ugly after repairing.If you want to say you have no record for my car I can share a photo of the paperwork.

Late last year I had a motor vehicle accident in Denistone. I contacted the closest smash repairer which was BKB. They were very friendly and helped me repair my car. The repairs were completed to a very high standard and they also helped me obtain an accident replacement vehicle. During the repair they also advised that I had a faulty battery which had limited my functions in my vehicle. They were also able to assist me in replacing the battery which prevented me from any unforeseen problems. Thank you Ben and team I will use you again for my next service.

Warning before car serviceFirstly, I would say the mechanic staff are friendly and they work under the order of the manager. However, the manager try to get money from client as much as he can.My car service costed $342 (not included GST) which I will show below.Generally, my car is suggested unable to pass the pink slip if I do not fix the issues in the highlighted ink. Thus, the question mark is the manager need to call the client to tell the issue before fixing or repairing the items or fix them then let the client know and pay for it?After realising my car is not pass the pink slip, while I was in at the store. The manager costed me $392 and told me that he, individually, changed the plate light globe x 4 ($60), yet when I get home and check there are just 2 light globe (picture is shown below). However, he didn't changed as he say, yet the mechanic staff did. I knew it when I went back to check my car and coincidently i saw the staff changed it. Then, I went back to tell the manager stop serving my car, yet the staff still changed oil and planned to clean the oil system because the boss didn't let them know on time. Then, I need to use the car to pick up the child so they stop cleaning it (which takes about 30') so the cost reduced $50.In a nutshell, I wonder that when we know the car cannot pass the pink slip. Will we need an notification from the shop to consider whether we should keep going to repair items or they fix it first then note us know late and we have to pay the bill? Furthermore, pink slip pay when it pass or we have to pay even it not pass (because I book the service so it includes checking car)?

Great service. They helped the customers for the claim to the insurance company directly and fixed the damaged car in a satisfying way. They also provided us with other extra services. All in all, it's highly recommended.

Honest, cost effective, excellent workmanship. True to their own saying. One of not so many left that is not trying to rob you.
