Dale was great at helping us swap our front and back tires, and he even did it all for free!!! We discovered an unexpected issue with one of our front tire while looking for ski chain at mount beauty. With no replacement tire to be found nearby,we thought we would stuck at mount beauty. Dale was really helpful to swap the trouble front tire to the back so we could continue drive up. We ended with a great ski trip at falls creek, and managed to drive home safely. We are really thankful of Dale’s technical ability and generosity to give us a timely solution.

Dale is an absolute legend! Car was not in good shape with engine light flashing, about to head up the mountain with kids in the back. Called Dale and he had our Subaru all sorted in the time it took us to hire our ski gear, car drove sweet all the way to the chalet! Honest, reliable, and the friendliest mechanic!!

I called Mt Beauty Auto about getting a puncture repaired. I was told to just bring it down any time. I took it straight down and despite the fact that their workshop was quite busy, it was repaired and back on my car within an hour. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!
