I recently had an issue with my printer not aligning and I have always bought my cartridges from Ink Citi. Mitchell asked that I bring it in and he will clean it out. He did that and the printer is back to normal and I feel so much gratitude for his kindness and being so generous with his time. Nothing is a trouble. Mitchell is so professional and always friendly and willing to help! Please go and see for yourself. Amazing service! Thanks Mitchell.

Highly recommend. Great service.Call about an urgent printer issue and drum replacement. They did not have the correct drum in however they talked me through the troubleshooting process (15 to 20 minutes) free of charge. Our Doctor and Technician on site were pleased with the outcome, as we needed to print out our patients ECG's.
