Avoid.Only sent my car there as my insurance company appointed it.At first they told me my car would be ready in 3-4 days, but it was then delayed to more than 2 weeks.The worst part is, after repair of a minor scratch, when I picked up the car, the car was out of brake fluid, and both the car's battery and the remote control battery were drained. They used service due as an excuse while I just did my last service 5 months ago. Don't know what they did to my car.

Repair process was flawless, absolute wonderful group of guys to deal with. A minor issue was noted when I got the vehicle back and Super Smash were able to deal with it in 24 hours for no additional charge.Thanks for getting my Golf back on the road guys, very much appreciated!

Great professional team and excellent work. Super Smash just repaired accident damage to my brand new Mazda, which was mild but extended all the way along the drivers side. They really represented us with the insurer, bringing the assessor back when initial requested repairs were not deemed adequate to put the car back in new condition. They went on to replace the door and even the front wheel, which had minor but annoyingly visible damage. Communication was clear and regular; they even took care of extending our hire car when more time was required to finish the job. The car is back with us and you would never know anything had happened, good as new. Our CX5 is in the Mazda Soul Red, which is a three stage metallic paint and tricky to apply. I worried needlessly about that, Super Smash matched everything perfectly. Well done to everyone there and highly recommend them!

The staffs are very polite, communications are also very good, they have space before the date I booked to drop my car, they called me and asked if I want to drop my car early. I told them I need my car asap because I need to pick up child, they fixed it for me quickly. One week later after picking up my car, I noticed there is something on my windscreen which blocks my sight, I couldn't remove it myself so I went back there wasn't sure if they can help me. They cleared it immediately without any hesitate. Absolutely 5 star customer service ! Strongly recommend. Thank you Paul for this excellent experience in your store.

I can not praise Super Smash Repairs enough, they took a really negative experience with Bingle insurance and turned it around by exceeding all my expectations. They dealt with the repairs with utmost care and professionalism and delivered a quality repair job without the endless waiting period. I could not be happier with my car and their service. Took my very original, low kilometre 2004 Saab to Super Smash Repairs to have LH front guard replaced and the bonnet and front bumper repaired and repainted.At no additional cost they went write around the car, repaired and repainted several parking scratches and matched the colour perfectly, including clear coat and the car came back like new.Everything they did was professional including keeping my informed of the progress of the job, I am one very happy customer, and have not hesitation in recommending SSR.
