Spoke with Ethan on the phone and made a time to drop off my amplifier, I received a phone call within a couple of days to say what was wrong and the cost, I was blown away by the price in a good way and the amp was ready to be picked up all fixed in the same week.Ethan is very passionate about his work and puts the customer first, I highly recommend Ethan and I won’t hesitate to use him again in the future.Also when you drop off your expensive equipment you need to know it’s in good hands, and believe me it certainly is.Thanks again Shaun.

Dropped my old Yamaha RX-V 870 in with a busted knob, display had gone, volume rotary dial light was misbehaving and was crackly when adjusting the volume.All issues fixed, and the unit cleaned and presented back in amazing condition.Communication was excellent, and any additional problems were communicated to me before work was done. Very happy with Ethan at Heard audio. I had a Yamaha receiver that stopped working abruptly and i reached out to Ethan for assistance. He was very quick emailing me back and gave me confidence the issue may not be major. I brought it down and got an email back 3 hours later with a document containing a full report of what he had inspected and found with the remedy and cost breakdown. He reached out to confirm if I was happy with the price and if he should go ahead or not. I had my receiver back the same night all cleaned up and working perfectly! very happy with Ethan and if you are reading this I absolutely recommend him. Excellent pricing and great service! 10/10

I managed to arrange an easy drop off and yes, it was what he thought. After a very quick and cheap fix our receiver is working perfectly. Ethan was prompt and very accommodating throughout.
