If your looking for a venue for your childs birthday party or simply somewhere they can run off some energy then Megamania Charlestown is the place to go. They have a variety of packages to suit your needs. Our son celebrated his 5th birthday with friends and they all really enjoyed it. No need to worry about children escaping as they are given wrist bands to exit the building. Megamania also has food and drinks available. The staff are very friendly and approachable and make sure your needs are met. Check it out, it will definitely put a big smile on your child's face.

Great place BUT it needs a deep deep clean!!!!! And new toys/ soft play and new balls for the ball pit!! You guys have enough money to spruce things up a bit so stop being so stingy and clean properly!! Your surfaces are sticky also!! Just clean properly and you should be checking childrens temperatures when they come into the venue as I notice a lot of sick kids running around!!

My family and I are so sad that Megamania is closing. We absolutely love it here. Kathie the owner is a gem! All of the staff over the years have gone above and beyond for my kids, my husband and I. We have had parties there and it was out of this world. Today I want to say a special thanks to Mia, Catelyn, Zara, Kathie, Matt, Kerry and Carly. Kerry makes the best meals, steak and birthday cakes ever. When you guys shut the doors it won’t ever be the same but we know that it’s time for you guys to embark on your next journey however thanks for the memories and happy times we won’t ever forget you guys or the memories!

Great place to take kids they can easily spend hours of fun here. The food is really good lots of options on the menu to chose from and the coffee is up to my standard

We have had my son’s 5th birthday a couple years back and booked in for my daughter’s 5th again this January.We couldn’t be happier with how professional and well organised and friendly the staff were.From booking and ordering our party selections they were great. We dealt with Maggie and Cathy - and would wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent wanting to take stress out of organising a party.My daughter had the best time.On a side note - we ordered a gluten free parents plate as my wife has Coeliac disease. They specially ordered gluten free cabanosi and the manager double checked everything for us. These are the small details that we really appreciated.

My kids birthday experience was ruined by a rude staff member today that would not allow my eldest daughter to retrieve a bag of clothes from the car she left behind as my grandaughter had an accident while playing, by telling her that it was not a daycare! The same staff member wouldn't even allow my teenagers to leave to collect the bag either, my grandaughter had to put wet underwear and pants back on in order to leave, this was really poor customer service and we will not be coming back ! Not happy at all !!

I love bringing my grandson here to play, but only rated four stars because I want to be able to watch him in the play equipment, but can’t, at my age, stand watching him for hours. There are moveable bench seats that could be put against the glass divider, but I was told that wasn’t allowed. That’s a shame. I don’t think there would be any adverse affect if they had them there, but perhaps there’s some concern I’m not seeing. I also wish they did a loyalty scheme. It’s a little expensive here and having some reward scheme would be a nice incentive for loyal customers. I know we’ve been here 5 times in five months. If it were cheaper or a loyalty program we’d definitely come more.
