Purchased some rump steak, very inexpensive under $18kg. Only got one piece to try because of price, didn’t get a chance to try before leaving for Moama. Mistake, absolutely beautiful, tender as, wish we were still there would fill the freezer. Thank you. Gotta luv country butchers.
